Self Healing

The concept of self healing is a fascinating subject - one that has intrigued mankind for centuries. All manner of cures have been studied to help people heal themselves from the hundreds of ailments that occur.

At the root of all this study is the mind. If the mind can cause health problems, and it has been proven that it can, then why can't it fix them? Again, it has been proven that it can.

Unfortunately, this is often easier said then done. Some people seem to have more of this power than others, and some techniques also work better than others. Nothing seems to work 100% for everyone.

There are a multitude of remedies to try, from meditation, to reiki, to qigong, to psychic healers, to faith healers, to acupuncture, to ... you name it. The articles that follow explore some of the many ways that the mind can be harnessed to help with a person's own self healing.
