I don't think anyone will dispute the statement that good health is one of the most precious things we could own. Life can be miserable indeed if one if constantly in pain and ill health.

It is a wonder why people don't take better care of their health when it is so important. Eating right and exercise are two methods that everyone knows about, but many don't bother to use them.
